We cook and live with passion - flavour is everything!

Using high welfare meats, high quality sustainable British wood for smoking and sustainable, compostable packaging.  Our environmental credentials are a part of our life blood.

Smoking has long been a process of curing and preserving, however, it also imparts unique flavours to the meat, fish, poultry or vegetables being smoked. 

After years of experimentation searching for the right combinations of natural smoked flavours, meats and vegetables. We bring our epicurean passions to Fontmell Smokehouse.

All slow cooked and marinated with our very own rub blend of herbs and spices.

All served from our beautifully converted horse box or branded gazebos.

All our burger fillings are lovingly BBQ’d, slow cooked, smoked (for 12-16 hours) & pulled
